Oplossing: installeer Expenses. Medewerkers maken via de app een foto van het bonnetje, vullen bedrag en categorie in. Manager keurt goed, accountant boekt. Uitbetaling gaat mee in de volgende salarisrun of als aparte betaling.
Tip: activeer OCR-scan (via IAP-credits) — Odoo leest datum, bedrag en leverancier automatisch uit de foto. Medewerker hoeft alleen nog te bevestigen. Scheelt elke medewerker uren per maand.

Solution: install Expenses. Employees take a photo of the receipt via the app and enter the amount and category. The manager approves, the accountant books it. Reimbursement is included in the next payroll run or as a separate payment.
