Oplossing: activeer Sign in Apps. Op de offerte klikt u Send & Sign in plaats van Send. Uw klant krijgt een link, tekent online (met muis of vinger), en Odoo bevestigt de order automatisch zodra de handtekening binnen is — inclusief tijdstempel en IP-adres voor juridische bewijsvoering.
Tip: combineer met Online Payment voor aanbetaling — klant tekent, betaalt aanbetaling, u levert pas dan. Scheelt veel geharrewar bij nieuwe klanten.

Solution: enable Sign in Apps. On the quotation you click Send & Sign instead of Send. Your customer receives a link, signs online (with mouse or finger), and Odoo confirms the order automatically as soon as the signature is in — including a timestamp and IP address for legal evidence.
Tip: combine with Online Payment for a down payment — the customer signs, pays the down payment, and only then do you deliver. Saves a lot of hassle with new customers.
